ROG Strix SCAR 16 dan SCAR 18 2024 masih terlihat mirip dengan generasi sebelumnya. Tapi, spesifikasinya mendapat pembaruan dengan prosesor kelas atas Intel dan kartu grafis Nvidia generasi terbaru.
ROG Strix SCAR 16 dan SCAR 18 2024 ditenagai prosesor Intel Core Generasi Ke-14. Prosesornya Intel Core i9-14900HX. Prosesor ini dipasangkan dengan kartu grafis Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090. Kartu grafis paling kencang Nvidia saat ini. Dengan begitu laptop ini bisa diandalkan untuk beragam game AAA di pengaturan kualitas grafis tertinggi.
