Pertama Inspiron 14 2-in-1 (7420) dengan prosesor Intel dan Inspiron 14 2-in-1 (7425) dengan prosesor AMD Ryzen. Kedua model ini dilengkapi layar sentuh 14 inci yang resolusinya Full HD 1920 x 1200 pixel dengan rasio 16:10.

Sebagai laptop konvertibel Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 2022 hadir dengan rancangan bodi yang ringan. Tapi, Dell Inspiron 14 (7420) bobotnya lebih ringan yakni sekitar 1,57 Kg. Sementara, Inspiron 14 (7425) sedikit lebih berat dengan bobot sekitar 1,63 Kg.
Untuk model Intel spesifikasi Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 (7420) akan didukung prosesor Intel Core 12th Gen U-series. Opsi yang tersedia dari Intel Core i3-1215U, Intel Core i5-1235U dan Intel Core i7-1255U. Di sektor grafis tersedia opsi kartu grafis hingga Nvidia GeForce MX550 untuk performa grafis yang lebih bertenaga.
